Dear SnoCope Member:
We value your membership and the trust you have placed with SnoCope Credit Union. Since 1959, SnoCope's mission has been to meet our members' financial needs by providing competitive and convenient products delivered in a friendly, caring atmosphere. Over the past several years it has become very clear that in order to position our credit union for the future and meet the long-term needs of our members, a new core processor system is necessary.
This upgrade, or core conversion, is an important technological advancement for the credit union and an important advancement for our members. The new core system will pave the way for significant operational enhancements and efficiencies as well as enhancements to the products and services we are able to offer to members. As the credit union continues to grow, it is necessary for us to utilize a more robust core processor in order to better serve our membership.
That said, at the close of the business day, Friday, September 29th through Monday, October 2nd, 2017 SnoCope will complete a system-wide upgrade and include a more secure and robust update to our Online Banking services.
Members who participate in Online Banking will receive a separate letter and a secure message with instructions through their message system inside Online Banking. So if you use Online Banking, please be sure to read the upcoming messages about Online Banking starting in mid-August.
In preparation for this transition, our staff will continue to train, test and validate and will do so as we approach our implementation weekend of September 29 - October 2, 2017. And, while most changes will take place behind the scenes, we do want you to know there will be some short-term disruptions to services. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences and request your patience as we move forward.

This informational packet is the key information you need about the core conversion - including its impact on your accounts. We do have a full communication plan in place that you should begin to notice immediately starting with our June ending monthly E-newsletter and our printed newsletter, Sound Advice. You can expect to see even more information posting inside our Online Banking, on our website
homepage, on our Facebook page and in our branch lobby as we approach our final launch date for core conversion on October 1st, 2017.
Additionally, let me assure you, our team has done everything possible to ensure your data will transfer to our new system 100% correctly. However, for your own peace of mind, please be sure to review your statements before, during and after conversion to double-check that all your accounts are as they should be.
