Our Board of Directors are elected by a vote from the membership at the
Annual Meeting. Terms are staggered at 2 or 3 years and they are volunteer positions. Directors are responsible to set the direction of the credit union, approve services, policies and procedures.

Members of the Supervisory Committee are volunteers appointed by the
Board of Directors. The Committee is responsible for assuring the safe and sound operations of the credit union on behalf of the members. They
review internal controls and procedures, perform account verification, and initiate the annual audit from a local CPA firm.
