Online Banking & Mobile App Upgrade July 16, 2019

We are excited to announce we are upgrading the Online Banking (now called Digital Banking) and the Mobile App systems to provide you with the highest levels of security, reliability, and added features you need to make your financial life more convenient. We will implement this upgrade on July 16, 2019. During this upgrade, SnoCope’s Online Banking & Mobile App will be unavailable.  This Upgrade will occur between 7 AM and 10 AM on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019. 

On July 16th, when you view Digital Banking you will notice a cleaner look and feel. The navigation tabs along the top have been replaced with a function tree on the left. This enhancement will make navigation through the digital banking platform and features easier and more intuitive.

The new features will also include:
1.    External transfers to and from other financial institutions
2.    The ability to transfer money to any SnoCope member account, all you need is the SnoCope member account number.
3.    Challenge questions will be replaced with secure access codes sent to your email or mobile phone for enhanced security and ease of use. 
4.    Easier ways to manage your profile.  
5.    The ability to name accounts and change account descriptions.

Current users of Digital Banking who tend to use the same device and browser all the time will experience no changes other than the look of the new Digital Banking. Please be aware not all features of the new Digital Banking are available in the SnoCope App.  

However, some members may need to go through the verification process the first time they sign on to our new digital banking. It is “Highly Recommended” that you select “remember device” so you do not need to go through the Member Verification process each time you sign on. 

The member verification process is based on the information of the Primary Member only and not any joint owners. 

If you use bookmarks, the morning of July 16th, your SnoCope Online Banking will present a notice that says "You have reached an outdated link..." You will then be redirected to SnoCope's new Digital Banking, however, that platform may not be available until 10 AM.

SnoCope’s Mobile App Users: Those of you who already use SnoCope’s Mobile App will be prompted to upgrade your SnoCope Mobile App on July 16, 2019. Please follow the prompts when you log on to the mobile app the first time.  For those who have auto updating, your SnoCope App should update as soon as it becomes available. Please note, the updated SnoCope App should be ready the morning of July 16th, but the availability of the updated iPhone or Android App is entirely subject to the loading protocols at both the Apple Store and Google Play.  This may take as long as 24 – 48 hours to be available for update. 

We do ask for your patience as we migrate to our new digital banking platform and new iPhone and Android apps. We want to assure you, by 10 AM Pacific Standard Time, the new digital banking upgrade should be complete. Members will appreciate all the new features found in Digital Banking, as well as, the additional features found in the new apps. 

The Frequently Asked Questions supplement found below has been prepared to help make the transition to the new Digital Banking and SnoCope Apps easier.
