Protecting the security and privacy of our members’ personal and financial information is SnoCope Credit Union’s priority.

We can help you keep up-to-date on the current security issues. If you ever have anything unusual happen with your account please contact SnoCope as soon as possible.

SnoCope CU would never request personal information like account numbers or PIN numbers over the internet. If you receive an e-mail from us that you are not sure about please call the credit union immediately. Below is a link to the NCUA with information about a recent phishing scam and also a link the Federal Trade Commission's ID Theft site.

Communicate Securely

Through SnoCope's Online Banking "Secure Message"

Please log into your Online Banking account. Inside your SnoCope Online Banking use “Secure Mail” then "Create Message" and "Send."

 

Through SnoCope’s Secure Email System (See Click here below)

SnoCope offers a secure channel for exchanging confidential information via the Internet. All you need is an Internet connection, a web browser that supports 128-bit SSL encryption, and a SnoCope SecureMail account.

Registering for Secure Email

In order to send and receive secure emails to and from SnoCope, just register your email address in our secure email system. Registration takes only minutes, and will ensure the safety of your sensitive information through email. Click Register Now to begin using SnoCope Secure Email.

Receiving Secure Email

When you receive a secure email from SnoCope, it resides on our Secure Email system. You will receive an email notification with instructions on how to retrieve your Secure Email. Follow the instructions and log in with your email address and password to read your email.

Sending Secure Email

Click here to log in to our Secure Email system with your registered email address and password:

  • Select the "Compose" tab

  • Select the email address you wish to send a secure email to from the drop down menu

  • Write and send Secure Email

Note: Subject lines cannot be encrypted. DO NOT include sensitive information in the subject line of a secure email.
