Christmas in July? Don't Mind If We Do!

We know...it's July.

The sun is shining, the grill is going, and the last thing most people are thinking about is holiday shopping.

But hear us out.

For years (and years...and years!), the SnoCope community has shown up in an incredible way for Christmas House. Every holiday season, you've filled wish lists, donated toys, and helped make Christmas morning magical for thousands of local children and families. It's a tradition we're proud of, and one we'll always cherish.

So, when our friends at Dawson Place asked if we'd help support their Operation Elf program, we couldn't say no. But we also didn't want to compete with the amazing support Christmas House receives during the holidays.

Then someone asked the obvious question...

What if Santa started shopping early?

Welcome to Christmas in July!

This summer, we're collecting new, unwrapped gifts for the children served by Dawson Place through Operation Elf. By getting a head start, we can help make the holidays brighter for these children while keeping our annual holiday tradition with Christmas House exactly where it belongs—in the holiday season.

Think of it as checking a few names off Santa's list before the holiday rush.

So, grab an extra toy the next time you're out shopping, embrace a little mid-summer holiday spirit, and help us make sure every child and teen has something special waiting for them this Holiday.

Who says the season of giving has to wait until December?

Please bring your donated items to the branch during July and put them under the tree.  Dawson Place will hold them until November for the Operation Elf effort and get them to victims of child abuse in their care.
