SnoCope Debit Card Processor Conversion Frequently Asked Questions 

1. Is SnoCope reissuing new debit cards and PINs?
No. Your SnoCope debit card and PIN will remain valid until it is scheduled to naturally renew/reissue. 

2. During the August 19th debit card conversion, will my present debit card and PIN still be good to use for purchases and ATM transactions?
Yes. Your present debit card and existing PIN are still valid. However, debit card transactions and ATM cash withdrawals may be limited and sometimes unavailable on the day of conversion August 19th, 2019. Please be prepared to use other forms of payment such as cash, travel cards, gift cards and credit cards. SnoCope Visa Credit Cards are not impacted by this conversion. 

3. Will all of my recurring payment transactions that use my debit card process on the day of conversion?
Yes. However, posting may be slightly delayed. 

4. Will the credit union be able to close debit cards on the day of conversion?
Yes. Our credit union representatives will be able to close debit cards during the business day between 8:30 AM and 5 PM. 

5. Will I be able to activate my debit card on the day of conversion?
No. All existing debit cards must be activated no later than Aug 18th.

6. Who do I call if my debit card is lost or stolen during conversion?
•    If your debit card is lost or stolen before August 19th call the branch at 425-405-9973 or 1-844-SnoCope during business hours for assistance. 
•    If your debit card is lost or stolen after August 19th call the new 24/7 lost or stolen debit card line, 1-800-528-2273. 

7. Who do I call if I notice fraud on my debit card during conversion?
•    If you notice fraud on your debit card before August 19th call the branch at 425-405-9973 or 1-844-SnoCope during business hours for assistance. 
•    If you notice fraud on your debit card after August 19th call the new 24/7 fraud line at 1-800-889-5280. 

8. Who do I call if I want to dispute a charge on my debit card during conversion?
•    If you want to dispute a charge on your debit card before August 19th call the branch at 425-405-9973 or 1-844-SnoCope during business hours for assistance. 
•    If you want to dispute a charge on your debit card after August 19th call the new 24/7 dispute line at 1-800-808-6402. Calls made outside business hours will require you leave a voice message and be addressed the next business day. 

9. Who do I call for general card services support outside of SnoCope’s normal business hours?
•    After August 19th our all-new, more comprehensive, Debit Card Support Line is 1-866-664-9364!

10. What will happen to travel notifications I set up prior to August 19th, 2019?
Existing travel notifications will continue to be in place after August 19th.
